As a System Engineer at Aruba you act as a technical expert and enable portfolio knowledge and execution. Your ability to combine technical know-how and market intelligence grants you a position as an ambassador and technical expert. You will be the driving force behind the overall portfolio knowledge in all dimensions within your assigned customer territory.
Client/customer relationship:
Maintain excellent communications with customers and partners in assigned area
Represent Aruba as a technical expert in customer and partner meetings, forums or other events
Builds customer loyalty through becoming a trusted advisor
Work closely with Arube Sales Territory managers
Solution Planning and Design:
Building a strong technical expertise within certain areas of the Aruba portfolio
Develop a good understanding of the overall Aruba portfolio
Adapt proposal and design to customer requirements
Articulate and clarify key aspects to implementation plans and setting expectations
Team collaboration:
You are a team player who actively supports the account team with solution advice, proposals and designs, everything in cooperation with the Sales territory manager
Transfers knowledge to peers via mentoring and actively participation in education programs
Understands the role and effectively engage other teams and resources within the company and partners
If you are…
Fluent in Norwegian and English which are the 2 working languages
Holding an Engineering degree or extensive experience in designing and supporting complex enterprise networks
Ideally having at least 3 years of experience in the IT Business i.e., as Solution Architect/System Engineer/Presales role
Having good knowledge of or willing to learn Aruba's latest technologies and solutions, as well as competitive solutions
Able to understand technical innovations and trends, customer value chains and business requirements
