The purpose of the Outbound Sales Specialist is to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base within the accounting industry. The outbound sales specialist will contribute to the achievement of sales targets and play a crucial role in the organization's overall success.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach and networking to generate leads and establish initial contact with clients.
Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients to understand their accounting needs and challenges. Offer tailored solutions and demonstrate how our accounting products or services can address their specific requirements. Acts as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Build rapport, establish credibility, and maintain regular communication to foster trust and maximize client satisfaction.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, resolve issues and ensure smooth implementation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidate should be fluent in French Language
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in outbound sales (B2B), preferably within the accounting industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated with a results oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company effectively.
