Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support via phone and chat for Nordic markets.
• Efficiently manage customer inquiries and requests via email.
• Process and handle orders to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Contact Center environment (valued).
• Experience in customer-facing roles (valued).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Resilient and able to handle challenging situations.
• Knowledge in one of the following

Languages: Norwegian
