Product and Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)
This position in the Planetary Department is offered within the project "EnVision" led by Dr. Andreas Nathues funded by DLR third party money.
Your Tasks
- Investigation and inspection of technical devices in accordance with ESA rules
- Monitoring and evaluation of technical processes in accordance with ESA rules
- Maintain contacts to European partner institutes
- QA and technical documentation generation
- Supporting dependability analyses in accordance with ESA rules
- High motivation, problem solving attitude, be a continuous learner, and team player
- QA/PA experience
- University degree in aerospace engineering, physics or equivalent
- Working experience in product/quality assurance, ideally in space projects (ESA etc.)
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge in software QA desired
- The full-time position (100%) can be filled as soon as possible.
- Employment is initially limited in time until March 31st, 2027 with a likely extension.
- Remuneration is according to the German public salary scale TVöD-Bund E13, depending on qualification and work experience
- Temporary teleworking can be negotiated
- Social security benefits are in accordance with the public service regulations
