Job Description
An Assistant HR Manager will support daily, operationally the Human Resources department, and will directly reporting to the Human Resources Manager. Main focus areas of support are: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Benefits, Team Events, Workers Compensation, HR policies, Onboarding, Training, Career Development. Additionally this role is responsible for supporting the HRM on the implementation of different technological HR Tools.

Responsibilities:
- To support the HR Manager on HR operational policies and processes are adhered.
- To assist the HRM in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management and HR administration.
- To support the HRM in the coordination of all matters of employee work permits and visas.
- To support the coordination of the HR Activities regarding trainings. Collect and organize the training necessities per department. Create handover materials for people as to ensure the trainings are delivered in a written way.
- Support the communication and effective knowledge delivery of corporate HR policies, processes, procedures.
- Continually assesses employee morale by collecting data and creating reports on absenteeism and turnover records, lateness, and resignations.
- Encourages a good standard of employee conduct and behaviour and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary.
- Assist in recruitment process, being part in the interviews, and conducting reports of analysed candidates. Ensure the maintenance of talent pools per department.
- Assists other department heads / HOD's in the formulation of HR policies and procedures for their respective departments; always in accordance with the Group HR strategy.
- Assists in overseeing preparation of reports required by government agencies.
- Execute the designed compensation and benefits programs ensuring the correct delivery of the employees benefits in the correct time.
- Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure any employee grievances are monitored and resolved, and escalated if needed to the HRM.
- Responsible for all administration tasks of the department; and reports creation
- Be updated on the local legislation, in accordance with the HRM and Legal partners.
- Perform any other task, related to his/hers area of expertise and requested by the line manager.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Turkish National
- Excellent Knowledge of English
- International profile
- BSc in HR or hospitality
- 5+ years of HR management experience, and experience in people management
- Experience with compensation and benefits schemes, and strong knowledge of payroll software, and applicant tracking systems, ability to handle the authorities
- Experience in supporting Turkish labour regulations and laws
- Knowledge of the full HR cycle (performance, succession, trainings, HR processes, onboarding schemes)
Extra Requirements:
- MSc in Business Administration/Management or Hospitality will be considered as a plus
- Extra knowledge of languages will be considered as a plus
- Experience in handling/negotiating with Unions will be considered as a plus
