Your tasks:
- Coordination of the internal changes from the initiation to the implementation
- Short term: Maintains the connection between the Purchasing department and the connecting departments responsible (Logistics, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Customer Centers)
- Midterm: Identification of potential changes by studying the opportunities with the supply base and deep analysis
- Task to push and follow the internal changes throughout the organization
- Check each step of the implementation process, timing and also resources needed for each of the steps
Your strengths:
- University degree in Economics or Technical field
- Experience in commercial / technical area
- Negotiation skills
- Strategical and organizational thinking
- Very good English, German is a plus
- Very good knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of PCs / ERP Systems
- Self-confidence / ability to assert oneself
- Competent and cultivated corporate appearance
- Anticipatory thinking and working
- Motivation
- Problem solving attitude, analytical skills, good organizational abilities
