As a Digital Platform Lead, you'll be part of the Nike Digital Direct Commerce (NDDC) team driving the future unbreakable relationships between Nike and athletes*. You’ll work with the Digital Growth team to define business initiatives and plans in support of Nike App’s contribution to the overall NDDC growth strategy. You will lead the execution of key strategic projects for the business and act as the centre of excellence for Nike App.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Bring the full potential of Nike App to life in EMEA through identifying and implementing key priorities based on consumer insights (Quantitative & Qualitative) and functional roadmaps, focusing on (but not limited to) Membership, Digital Marketing, Digital Product, and online consumer experience by engaging with key stakeholders and partner functions.
- Be a center of excellence when it comes to the Nike App, by being the expert on consumer digital experience for mobile and app, connecting functional, categories and membership priorities, opportunity areas, and strategies
- Lead key projects defined in NDDC’s strategy, defining the scope, relevant teams, setting up implementation and driving execution with in-person and virtual teams; lead go-to-market strategies for new experiences and capabilities delivered in the app including intake or test & scale models that provide insights and analysis on critical initiatives, research projects, consumer behaviors and competitive intelligence
- Present to senior stakeholders on key initiatives to update on progress and un-roadblock the team
- Develop best practice guidelines for functional partners to unlock member-led growth via the Nike App driven through a consumer centric model; understanding their behaviors, needs and how to craft plans to directly address those key insights
You will build partnerships with teammates from the following teams to drive a premium experience for our members
- Nike Membership
- Nike Direct + Member Marketing
- Nike Platform (e.g.,g 365)
- Analytics & Testing
- Nike Digital Product & Program
- Nike Technology
- Nike Category teams (e.g., planning, merchandising, consumer construct)
- Nike Digital Operations
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, of which 3 years in Digital - preferably working in close partnership with Marketing, Digital Product/Tech, or Membership teams
- Analytical skills and understanding of digital & member funnel KPIs, ability to translate data into insights and business actions
- Experience with web technology and e-commerce platforms, tools and dashboards (i.e CMS, Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, Tableau) or related Certification; Intermediate understanding of mobile/app UX and UI best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to senior leaders
- Project management/organisational skills, leading x-functional stakeholders and working collaboratively with others including mentoring and developing
