A Small Hotel in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Housekeeping Leader (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train all housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Schedule cleaning staff to ensure that guest rooms are cleaned in a timely manner
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure that they are clean and meet hotel standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping
- Maintain records and databases related to housekeeping
- Organize and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Ensure that housekeeping staff follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain daily reports to office
- Oversee staff on a daily basis
- Check rooms and common areas including stairways and lounge areas for cleanliness
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven experience working as a Housekeeping Leader or in a similar role
- Hospitality diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service skills and problem solver
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
