Dassault Systèmes is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Executive Manager based in Istanbul to join our South Eastern team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing key top enterprise client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions within strategic accounts within Turkey.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in Turkey, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business needs.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with Dassault Systèmes' goals, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing account potential.
- Drive sales initiatives within strategic accounts, collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and support to ensure client needs are met and aligned with company objectives.
- Act as a client advocate within Dassault Systèmes, ensuring that client feedback is communicated effectively and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track account health, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong capability in interacting and coordinating within Solidwords channel, creating synergies with the local partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust strategies and ensure the company remains competitive within strategic accounts.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in strategic account management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of Dassault Systèmes' solutions or similar software suites.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet partners
- Fluency in English and Turkish (other languages will be considered a plus)
