QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Any 4-year course.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and high customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Responsible for ensuring swift, sure and sincere handling of customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely feedback and proper coordination to dealers and other related departments through the Voice of the Customer, and promoting Customer Service and Complaint Handling activities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Relevant experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • With pleasing personality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php15,000.00 per month
