Manage front office, Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow up calls or cold calls.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Carrying out receptionists duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence and presentations.
Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings.
Maintaining general office files and other files related to the company’s operations.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Requirements:
Good communication & Telephone skills.
Multitasking and prioritizing.
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
