THE ROLEAs a working student (m/f/d) HR Management you are an important part of our growing People & Culture Team. YOUR MISSION
- Employee support: you will support our People Partners in all topics related to the support of our employees, the preparation of employment contracts, certificates, attestations and contract adjustments
- Projects: You take on projects related to the topic of People & Culture and drive them forward independently
- Concept development: You will work closely with our Head of HR on conceptual issues.
- All-rounder: Collaboration on labor/collective bargaining law issues
- Data preparation: Maintaining employee data and processes in our IT system Personio
- Your background: you are currently completing your studies in business administration, humanities or psychology, ideally with a focus on HR
- Ambitious: You are passionate about HR topics and want to contribute your ideas to an international company
- Inquisitive: You are quick to get to grips with complex new topics and are happy to do so
- Organizational strength: You are an organizational and communication talent and possess a high degree of independence and responsibility.
- Team player: You enjoy working with applicants and colleagues and have an empathetic personality.
- Communication skills: You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
