Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the " Financial Planning and Reporting Specialist" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
As Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for all FP&A activities with the objective of providing senior management with insightful and informative analysis to help driving tighter P&L, balance sheet, working capital & cash flow management and rolling forecasting. You will deep dive into every aspect of the business, to drive improvement and use data to drive the right long term decisions.
Be responsible from the following requirements:
- Support completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of financial reporting (actuals, forecasts, ad-hoc reports) via close coordination with whole Finance teams (Business Unit and Business Services).
- Support preparation of business plans and rolling forecasts of the company (deep focus in working capital and cash flow management).
- Enable reliability, timeliness and accuracy of budgetary and financial forecasts.
- Track budget realization and proactively guide the business partners to minimize the variances and effective management.
- Make detailed and explanatory variance analysis and obtain valid explanations.
- Meet strict reporting deadline with delivery of timely and accurate reporting.
- Elicit the communication with other departments and regional teams.
About you
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, business control, reporting or planning functions
- FMCG / Pharma experience is preferable
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- MS Office (advanced excel) and MS Power Point knowledge; SAP knowledge is an asset
- Adherence to a specific process and facilitate requests to meet specific deadlines through effective time management
- Proactive and self-starter. Adapt to change quickly and always ready for new challenges
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross functional relationships
- SAP knowledge is preferable
- Curious and open to learn & share
