QHSE & Accreditation Coordinator

Description:

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Quality health and safety Accreditation Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field & undertake a variety of day-to-day office tasks. The successful candidate will become an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

Job Description:

  • Ensure management files of compliance timely and properly
  • Filing, typing, preparing and collating reports, performs other related tasks as assigned by the management.
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Assist to document the audit process and prepares audit findings
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum Qualifications: Diploma degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years relevant experience in the field.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location:

Al - Khobar, SA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
