Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Quality health and safety Accreditation Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field & undertake a variety of day-to-day office tasks. The successful candidate will become an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Job Description:
- Ensure management files of compliance timely and properly
- Filing, typing, preparing and collating reports, performs other related tasks as assigned by the management.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Assist to document the audit process and prepares audit findings
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum Qualifications: Diploma degree in business administration or relevant field.
- Experience: 0-2 years relevant experience in the field.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
