Our Quality control department at Verdal is now looking for a QC Engineer.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsibility for leading and coordinating QC work in the project.
  • Responsibility for performing QC activities at suppliers in collaboration with the project organization.
  • Responsibility for establishing project-focused quality control procedures.
  • Responsible for establishing inspection and test plans, as well as coordinating the execution of activities.
  • Foster a good collaboration with the customer regarding quality.
  • Assist in fostering interaction and a good spirit of cooperation with other departments.
  • Report deviations and ensure proper deviation management.

We think you should have:

  • Technical education from a college or university.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry, contractor- or other relevant industrial sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills.
  • Good collaboration skills and the ability to work in a structured, analytical, and independent manner.
