Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising all construction activities on site
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and ensuring that they are met
- Ensuring that all work is carried out according to specifications and safety standards
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing and supervising site personnel
- Maintaining records of site activities, progress and costs
- Ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available on site
- Reporting to senior management on project progress and issues
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in civil construction.
- Experience in Building, construction, Finishings
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials and equipment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
- Own Vehicle required, and needs to get to and from site on own
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: R9,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

- Edenvale, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
